Please note! 

We will no longer be able to take bookings for the gala dinner at the Halle aux Toiles, the light lunches, the visit of the Munaé (musée National de l'Education) and the sightseeing tour on Sunday from Monday 15 April. Thank you for your cooperation. We look forward to seeing you in Rouen very soon! 

The registration fee includes

• Conference attendance
• Light lunches on the 3 conference days (please note that these meals are basic; if you would like a more substantial meal, please refer to the list of restaurants that will be provided).
• A tote bag with the conference material (book of abstracts, notebook and other documentation)
• Tea and coffee breaks
• The welcome reception party at Rouen city hall on the first evening (7 pm)
• Guided tours of Rouen’s historic centre and of Musée National de l’Éducation (Munaé)

Registration does not cover

• Travel expenses
• Dinners
• Hotel accommodation
• The optional sightseeing excursion in Normandy on the Sunday

Registration fees

• Early bird registration (before April 2) established scholar: €100
• Early bird registration (before April 2) graduate, post-graduate or PhD student: €50
• Late registration (April 3-30) established scholar: €120
• Late registration (April 3-30) graduate, post-graduate or PhD student: €70
• Free registration  for students of organising institutions: €0
  (Organising institutions: University of Rouen Normandy, Sorbonne Paris Nord University, Paris 8 University Vincennes-Saint-Denis, University of Burgundy, University of Artois, University of Reims Champagne-Ardenne, Afreloce student members)
